“Really enjoyed this korma. Must admit to being a little sceptical as it was coming together as appeared quite onion/tomato based but the creamed coconut transformed it without making it too sweet. Quite liked it with fresh tomatoes but can see it being quite different with tinned.
Used the medium option with the chillis which felt a little hot until the yogurt was added at the end and then it was perfect.
It took a while to prepare and cook which was what I was happy to do as I’m trying to break away from readymade pastes but it’s not a quick cook. Made with chicken thighs and served with rice, naan, bhajis and samosas, with mango chutney and raita as an alternative Sunday dinner.”
