“Ordered the tex mex chilli and followed the recipe however the result was dark (possibly from the large dried chilli and chocolate powder?) and fairly unappetising with a strange taste. This taste was presumably from the mixed spices and chocolate which I would omit the next time and just use the chillis.”
“I make chilli regularly and thought I'd pretty much perfected it. When my partner put his first fork full of the Tex-Mex Chilli in his mouth, he said it was the best chilli he's ever had...well, that blows mine out of the window! This is quite a bit of prep and not a 'quick tea/dinner', but oh my is it worth it. Absolutely outstanding. I can't wait to have some of the leftovers for my lunch tomorrow at work, I bet it's even better the next day. Will definitely be buying again!”
