Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate your feedback. We manufacture in Inner Mongolia so that we can produce the highest quality product possible and deliver amazing super soft lambswool to our lovely customers. This is something that is super important to us and our founders, Emma and Fergus, spent a long time on this before deciding which mills to work with. It is something we continually work on, and make sure necessary measures and certifications are in place for operating the factories successfully and fairly. We are in partnership with two different mills and both are family-run businesses and we have great, long-standing relationships with both families. While we've not been able to have regular visits during the pandemic, we've been having monthly video calls to make sure everything is running well. On our last visit and our last audit reports for this year, we made sure staff were treated fairly in terms of breaks and working hours by using shift patterns working in both of the mills, and that staff are paid fairly.
