“I have never used this company before so it was a huge leap of trust to spend so much online as a birthday gift for a friend! However, she tells me her knee blanket is absolutely beautiful and she’s thrilled with the soft touch of the lambswool. I’m also hugely impressed by the prompt reply and swift follow up to my panic chat message when I realised my terrible mistake and the gift was going to be sent to me in Scotland instead of my friend in London!
