“This was a Christening gift and it did not arrive at all ,Customer service not what i expected some communication issues, Very disappointed I was expecting a lovely gift what you see is not always what you get ,In this case i got nothing. i will still purchase a blanket for a later event BUT NOT from THE TARTAN BLANKET CO Very poor and shoddy service”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed by our service, this isn't the experience we would like you to have. As you know from our phone calls and emails with yourself that the courier let us down and didn't deliver when expected. You'll have seen we've popped a refund for your order through and the courier confirmed your order is still on its way to you, albeit outside of the required date. We really do hope to see you again in the future.
