“The scarf itself was lovely but what I was really impressed with was the customer service. I was having issues with the shipping options at check out so after a few emails back and forth, they very kindly arranged for express delivery completely free of charge. Got here in time for Christmas and my mother in law absolutely loved it. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again!”
