“Lovely product and excellent quality. Ordered the knee blanket but received a 'blanket scarf'. When I asked about this I was told they were the same product. Since the product was a gift I wanted to give a 'blanket' rather than a scarf. Got quick replies from customer service. They kindly sent out the correctly labelled product and provided a free returns service for the initial item.”
