“I received the most incredible customer service from Louise at The Tartan Blanket Co. I ordered italic embroidery and despite the embroidery being done beautifully, due to the initials I ordered, it didn't look quite as I'd expected. I emailed TTB co. explaining my situation, and within an hr, Louise replied with a perfect solution. I received a replacement scarf with classic font, within a couple of days and in time for Christmas. Could not recommend more highly!”
