“Perhaps I was unlucky, but I'm afraid the shower screen didn't arrive. I received an email confirming the order and that I would be notified by the courier "the day before delivery was due". Only after chasing up progress having not heard anything, I was sent a dubious-looking screenshot that was apparently confirmation of delivery by the courier (showing no courier details at all). The item had not been delivered and there was no card left by the courier and I received no contact from the company. I chased up again with Tap n Shower (now not answering phone calls) and was then told the courier found the item and would attempt to deliver again that day. This never happened either so I requested a refund which is now being processed.
Not very impressed and I would not risk using again, I now know why they were cheaper than other websites, my fault I guess for trying to save a few quid!”
