“I am pleased with the vanity unit. But it took over 2 months to get a usable one. I bought it from Tap n'Shower who get it despatched from the manufacturer or importer (Ultra Finishing), who use various carriers to deliver it. Most of the carriers did not liaise with me about delivery times. The first three deliveries went wrong, then they sent 3 damaged units in succession. When I got the second delivery it was clear that damage was because the heavy basin was packed loose within the lighter wooden unit. Eventually they sent me the unit on its own, as I already had 3 basins.
The transaction took over 60 emails to and fro, many phone calls, and I was left with a mound of damaged units and packaging to dispose of as the retailer refused to take it back. Not happy.”
