“Ordered on the 11th Nov. 2018. Shipped pan only with out pre-warning me it was damaged and a new one will be on its way. Chased cistern again a few days later. Said it was on its way. Now the 28th Nov. Still no cistern. Was fully charged for this order. I have to keep calling on status and getting sick of it. Lost my plumbers slot to get it in by Christmas which we have family staying and only one working toilet in the house. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. BEWARE!!”
“Absolutely worst than appaling service from Tap'n Shower. I bought a tap and returned it in exactly the same condition it had been received, but I still have not received a refund. Tap'n Shower are making up false claims to avoid refunding the item.
I can't even believe that a company can behave like this.”
