“Whilst the tap was excellent it did not fit the bath so we returned it to you and we are still awanting confirmation that you received it and the refund. The returns form said that the invoice number was 9 letters long. The only invoice number we could find was 10 letters so we are unsure if this means we are not getting a refund.”
