“First box had a broken cistern lid. This was replaced in two days with a complete cistern! The quick response was appreciated, but now I have an unrecyclable cistern I didn't ask for that needs to be disposed of and my local recycling centre charges me to dispose of ceramics, tiles and hardcore. Porcelain requires a lot of energy to fire it and it is environmentally irresponsible to send out items weighing 13kg when the replacement part only weighs 3kg. It should be possible to replace cistern components rather than only as a complete package. This sort of behaviour may suit your accountants, but doesn't suit the environment.
To sum up; The product is excellent, but you need to get with the program and aim to reduce energy usage and waste material.”
