“Spare toilet roll holder didn't or hasn't even been delivered despite the invoice stating it has! Logis towel hook is damaged, picture has already been sent to Tap n Shower, still no response to this email. Won't be using this retailer again and neither unfortunately will I be recommending them or Hansgrohe products.”
