“Took a while to arrive but that was normal no fault of the retailer. The item was installed...and then decided it was to be moved lower...upon trying to remove from the fixing bracket per instructions (which show it as tiltable and its not) it simply wont detatch...so it had to be forced off the wall. And looking online...theres a few saying the same...much to be desired for an expensive piece of kit.”
