Normally i use stock cubes when it comes to cooking stews and casseroles, But the stock cube concentrate does not compare to freshly made stock that normally takes hours to prepare. I can taste the quality of flavour in this rich bouillon. It is full flavoured and very delicious in stews and casseroles, This does a good job of jazzing up rice dishes by using the stock in replacement of water to achieve a full-bodied taste. I tend to find that thyme and rosemary pairs well with this for meat and veg stews.

I tried this today for the first time. Made a quick lunch of the veg broth, some veg done in fine strips on a peeler , some egg noodles and it was wonderful This is a really well made , high quality broth . Nothing insipid about it . You can drink it as it is or spice it up with ginger and any thing that takes you fancy . but it is good. have not yet tried risotto but it will be perfect. It has so many uses in soups and stews and as a hot,low cal drink. I am devoted cook and this is great. It is not cheap but it clearly uses a great many pounds of veg for every pot. It would take hours and lots of money to make it at home. SO , the high price has a justification.I am delighted to see products of this quality coming on to the market and food that is really healthy and delicious there for us to buy. I love it and will use all of their broths .

I was offered this to sample as part of the Amazon Vine program. This is a delicious ready made vegan stock. I tried it in 3 different soup recipes - a traditional english style veg soup, an asian style soup. Both were superb. It tastes ok by itself or made into a quick broth with sautéed vegetables - I used spinach and mushrooms. The only issue is the price - at £33.99 for 6 x 500 ml cartons it's far too expensive for me to continue to use it, but I will enjoy it while I have it.

This broth is really good quality and the mixture of vegetables and herbs does give it a pleasant depth of flavour. I appreciated the fact that there isn't masses of salt in the mix: some broths and bouillons are overly salty, including some of the main vegan stock options. What I would say is that, given the price of this broth I would advise using this broth carefully. I tried it when braising some vegetables and the flavour was lost; ditto when I make a tomato sauce for pasta. This broth really does need to be the starring ingredient rather than a simple addition to a meal where you might add a stock cube. I found this broth worked best when it was the main event, either as the base for a risotto or - especially - as the broth in a bowl of ramen with some very simple vegetables and plain tofu. That's when the flavours really shine, which is probably why the pack itself recommends drinking it on its own.Overall this is a great quality broth perfect for recipes that need a really good quality broth to be the star attraction. The liquid is tasty and not overly salted with a good blend of basic vegetables.

The media could not be loaded.  This broth is delicious and full of body. Its great for soups and using as a base for your sauces or gravy, I used this to make a delicious vegetable soup and curry sauce. The root vegetable flavours really do come through in this broth giving real depth of flavour. The product has a decent shelf life, the batch I received has a best before of May 2022.Overall, I think this is a great product if you can afford it, it is on the expensive side but it's delicious and caters for all being vegan free and natural.

This premium product comes in handy 500ml packs. The stock pours easily. The pack is resealable. This is a clear stock. I've had this as broth simply heated and it has a light vegetable flavour. I've also used this when making vegetable soup as the stock and it has worked well. This is good for a vegan & vegetarian diet. The pricing reflects the premium nature of the product.

I tried this broth as a drink, and then used it in a risotto. It's very good, with lots of well balanced flavour. You can tell the vegetables have been roasted, as there is a richness and depth. Considering the time and care that has been taken in making this broth, along with the 100% organic ingredients, I can understand why it's more expensive than other broths. It really is very expensive, though. Well, if you are using it in gourmet cooking and are willing to pay the price, it will give you excellent results.

I used this in place of my usual vegetable stock and it was by far the best soup I've made.. and my whole family noticed the difference without me telling them beforehand that if used something different.Rich flavour in a broth soup is the main goal and this broth is the key ingredient to achieve it.The only negative for me is the price, a bit expensive for a stock .. a delicious stock but still it's not cost effective at just over 6 per container.Love the long shelf life, up to 18months. They won't last that long in my house but still it's nice to have that reassurance. Can be used alone, would be an excellent low calorie meal but also still full of nutrients.
