“Convenient, tasty and nutritious. I bought these to support a weight loss programme and they are effective! I find the beef especially tasty.I add a handful of diced veg to make a surprisingly filling lunch and/or evening meal. The chicken is milder, but perfectly palatable. I add some shredded chicken, diced veg and a drop of green tobacco for an added kick. Each carton gives me the base for 3 meals, thus making them good value. I have recommended to my friends and family.”
