Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are not satisfied with our service. I did email you back and I am sorry you have not seen it. I let you know that I had tried to update your delivery address to the correct one for you. However, the order had already been picked, packed and shipped. Fortunately, we were able to request for it to be returned to us. Usually, we are notified sooner, though due to the holidays, there was a delay. I have arranged for your replacement to be sent to your new address. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused.
