“I have used this company twice and the first time the items arrived in good time and were great. Second time I was out and DPD invited me to collect at the depot. So working long days meant that the items were returned. Left uncertain about whether I will get a refund and Freja not replied to my emails. So quite disapointed.”

Thank you for your review, I am very sorry about the situation you have had with DPD. I have had a look and unfortunately I have not received an communication from you regarding this issue. In anycase, I have investigated and found your order to be lost, so I have arranged for a replacement to be sent. Might I also recommend installing the DPD app as this is a great way to manage your shipments should you not be home to receive them. I hope this helps.
