“Ordered a 22mm lug width and received a 24mm lug width. Called them and they said they’d send the correct width. Instead, I received another 24mm lug width strap. Sent both back and was given a full refund. They were apologetic and the refund process was quick but they’re advertising something they clearly haven’t got.”
