“Product arrived as described however much later than anticipated (despite described as being sent express delivery). Upon phoning to check on progress customer service advisor was very unsympathetic to delay or able to advise when I was likely to receive goods quote “could be another week or two”. On basis of poor customer service would not use again.”

Deart Martin, apologies for the delay on your package. I can see that the package was despatched on 11th May but there was a delay with some packages on Royal Mail in local areas due to Covid 19. The depots affected are closing for 24 hours for a full clean before operating again. The delays are localised so its difficult for us to ascertain the delivery timescales. Apologies for our poor response from customer services, and hope the watch strap is as hoped for. Many thanks - Matt
