“Authentic Mondaine strap which was easy to fit using a free tool supplied by Swiss Store. Spare spring pins are supplied to ensure a secure 'as new' product. Just be patient when fitting - it's a quality product and gap between strap and case is minimal, so care needed when depressing spring pin with tool. Pin locates easily when 'captive' in the watch body.”

“This watch strap is only available in a women's size. I did not realise this until I had ordered it, so now it fits my wrist with difficulty, and is under strain all the time. Presumably the company has decided that my 16 mm watch is now obsolete, so it is not offer ing the appropriate parts. This seems outrageous.”
