“The customer service is great. When I ordered this there was a big delay in delivery. I wrote to the Swiss Store and they replied within an hour. This was before Christmas when they must have been very busy. The reply was very prompt and polite and explained that due to the postal strike there was a delay. I received the product, well packed and in good condition. I cannot fault them. I will certainly buy from them again. I value good service and politeness. Thank you Swiss Store.”
