“Soon after ordering my toothpick, I recieved an email asking me to pay a further £3 (approx) handling charge. I ignore it and, happily, my order arrived as promised. Clearly, some thief has access to your online orders, and I guess many customers may just pay up because the sum is not large. Thought you should know, so you could report it to the police. I am sure you are not the only victims and attempted scams like that can harm your reputation. Best wishes Roger Howes.”

“While this Wenger toothpick isn't as robust its Victorinox equivalent it's still more than good enough to do its job (multiple jobs, in fact - toothpicking is probably the last thing most people use it for!)”
