“Although mechanically sound, the red covers on the sides of the item appeared to have micro scratches, almost as if it had been rattling around in a spare parts bin with other items. As I payed to have it personalised and had little time to return it i had to present it as it was. I did not pay to have it gift wrapped, opting to do it myself rather than pay the high fee for wrapping such a small item. The original box was so squashed that I had to find another container to present it in. The gift was well received and the mechanical quality excellent, the experienced only marred by the microscratches and the flattened box that one would not expect associated with a quality product.”
