“Backpack is fine, as expected. Actually getting it was a nightmare of me chasing you up as you didn't really keep me informed as to when I would receive it. I was told it was on its way, then I was asked to wait a few more days, then it was lost by Royal Mail (apparently), then I was told it was on its way again, then it got delayed due to the personalised stitching requested, then it finally arrived. So, Customer Service was disappointing to put it politely.”

I'd like to offer our sincere apologies for level of service that you had received from us, it is not up to our usually high standards. The first parcel was lost by the courier, and we dispatched a replacement on our express delivery service. Despite the item being personalised, this should not have delayed the order, as we embroid in house. We have opened an investigation with our warehouse team to determine the cause of the delayed dispatch. I will shortly follow up with an email to you to rectify this. “Very well made bag that comfortably fits a chunky 17” laptop. Lots of useful pockets and sections. Zips all work beautifully smoothly. It looks like a normal size backpack, considering its large capacity. Sometimes bags that hold a lot look huge but this is neat and tidy while holding a lot of stuff. Can’t recommend it enough.”
