“I bought a new one as I'd had a Swiss laptop bag for 8 years. Only reason for changing was it had a hole in the bottom from excessive use over the years. New bag is lighter, it has lots of comaprtments and a chraging cable built in. very impressed so far.”

“This laptop bag exceeded my expectations with the amount of storage space with keeping up with the quality that is expected with Swiss. The built in charging port is just genius. Would recommend this bag to anyone looking for something compact with lots of storage space with protection in mind.”

“This backpack was to replace a previous Wenger/Swiss Gear backpack that had travelled the world a few times as a carry-on bag and was showing a bit of wear. However the 16" Ballistic was a bit too small for my needs, but my grandaughter inherited the new bag for her up-and-coming start at her new school (primary up to secondary). She is thrilled with the backpack and likes all the pockets and features; especially the protected laptop/tablet compartment. So all in a winner of a product. I then went and bought the Wenger 17" Ibex Backpack, which is a great replacement size-wise for my old backpack and then EasyJet and RyanAir changed the carry-on bag sizes, i.e., it has to fit under the seat in front of you which scuppered me using the 17" Ibex (which I will use when flying long-haul). I then went and purchased a Wenger Legacy 16" Backpack which will be O.K. for short-haul/European flights - until the carry-on rules change again to line the pockets of the 'cheap' - depending on what you want to spend on carry-on baggage - airlines. Overall, the backpacks are great value.”
