“I like it a lot! My only issue with it is the little hook thing on the inside would get caught on things when I try and remove them from the bag so I've had to close it into the zip pocket underneath it which means I can't use the zip pocket. I'm sure the little hook thing has its uses so maybe just have a little tuckaway pocket for it if you're not using it? Maybe not a huge fan of the arm straps they feel like they come a bit loose to easily when I'm putting the bag on? Not too big a deal though I don't think.”

“Bought this bag for airline travel and it's a perfect size for my 16" MacBook Pro, ipad and a small number of additional items. There are also convenient zipped compartments for those document that you need close at hand such as boarding pass, passports etc. The laptop appears to be well cushioned I was able to put all electronics in one section for easy access at the security check.”
