“Great laptop rucksack, sturdy, enough suitable pockets, very comfortable and sturdy, very well design, good quality, dood price and very pleased I found it. Only one minor constructive comment is that I wish the side messy pockets had a little bit more give to comfortably fit water bottles.”

“Good value. I stuck with the same brand after my last bag lasted 11 years before the zip broke Only thing I didn't spot is there are no side pockets for my trusty umbrella but all things considered happy with the quality and delivery.”

“Ordered backpack for work purposes. Ordered over the Xmas period and it arrived within a couple of days which was excellent. Bag itself is very smart, lots of compartments within the compartments. It has a bigger central compartment which is wide enough for lunch box and a foldaway rain coat that I need for work and the other Laptop compartment is well padded and can fit slim a4 files in there as well.”

“Poor customer service. I requested a guaranteed 1pm next day delivery at a additional £6 or so cost. Was very disappointed when the bag arrived 3 days later and needn’t have wasted my money on the next day delivery. When I got in touch with customer service on the situation I received no reply. Disappointing as the product itself is great but poor effort on behalf of the retailer.”
