“Came as expected. But my biggest unhappiness is the lack of information on the status of my delivery and order. Despite my few emails to the customer’s relation email, there is no reply at all! I tried to call the listed telephone no, but the line is unavailable and despite trying a few times at my cost, I didn’t able to get thru! This is disappointing! Can you respond to my feedback with an explanation of what happened? Josh”

“I had a similar model for 8+ years and it was perfect on a good many journeys, both to Sainsburys and Africa. It was a little bit bigger as I had a bigger laptop. It did a great job. When the bottom began to thin out (that's age) I needed a new one. This 16" was the best I could find after a couple of days surfing. I've had it over a month now and it appears to be as robust as the old model. It's worth 5 stars .. so far.”
