“Keep getting pestered for a review so here it is. The product itself is fantastic, as you'd expect from Victorinox. However, the same can't be said about the engraving and customer service of this site. My engraving was not at all centered, and when this was passed on to the customer service they were extremely unhelpful. My advice is to get this product but buy it elsewhere.”
