“Product is damaged with the zippers broken, holes on the bag and rude replies from the store staff. I ordered Victorinox Bag only when I found the price to be competitive, however it wasn't conveyed to me that I would be charged additional customs fee.”

Hi Farooq, apologies that you were charged customs fees. On selected products above certain values customs will charge import duties, and in India the threshold is quite low. This is clearly stated on our delivery page and is standard practice for international deliveries. Thanks Matt
