“I have received a parcel from you yesterday and would like to complain about your ‘Luxury Gift Wrap’ service. It looks horrible, untidy and squashed, nothing like the photo provided. Even a 4 year old child would do better. I have chosen this service because I wanted to save time, now I will have to re-wrap it myself, wasted £3.99 and my mood was really spoiled. It might not seem a lot to you, but I have been planning to get some other items as I considered it a nice gift, but now I do not feel that you fulfil your promise, so you have lost a customer. My advice would be if you can’t do something 100%, don’t do it at all!”

Dear Giedre Sorry to hear that you were not happy with your gift wrapping. We have since employed a full time dedicated gift wrapper to ensure the quality of the products is reflected in the gift wrapping we offer. I have also refunded your £3.99 as a gesture. Thanks Matt
