Bought for a 40th birthday present and he was absolutely delighted. The quality / design is fantastic, no complaints whatsoever, a really high quality item.

Had a complete nightmare. Had ordered it on the friday night, and realised the engraving id asked for my uncles bday was wrong. I emailed and messaged through app early morning and rang at bang on 9am. Spoke to a girl, dont wanna mention her name, but she had me on the phone for 5 minutes or so while she went to the engraver personally and ssaid theyve not started it yet....so my amendment was good to go and i know through many orders with yourselves, the delivery is super quick. Usually next day. So had a mesage on the monday and waited in for the postman. To be so happy and made arrangements to go and give the gift in time for Monday night. The engraving was totally wrong and it was even correct on my invoice. I spoke via email for hours, pleading on what could be resolved and had to explain all that went on. A few hours, still emailing, i get a message 20 minutes before 4pm saying we can send you a blank one out but need to let us know in 20 mins. And to top it off, that could of just been arrranged in the first place and secondly, the girl i triple checked who assured me shes personally spoken to the engravers, turns out thats who id been emailing all day. So the delay with the late post, to open that. I was beyond gutted and stressing and it wasnt cheap. Also had made the arrangement to turn up to my uncle empty handed anda banging headache through the scenario. I triple checked with her. Twice before she went to see the engraver and once when she returned. Then the hours of more or less begging to sort something out as i could of given him tuesday. It could of just been sorted as soon as i recieved the incorrectly engraved expensive onyx ranger, that also was filthy on all of the tools on it, understandably the main blade was engraved, but you should of seen the mess. I sent pictures. It then went onto 5 o clock at this point my head had gone and i got a guy offer me 50 pounds back for the 115 knife. Was a terrible day and im still gutted he never got the gift as hes gone travellling for 2 years. Nightmare day ....with a banging headache. When i found out id been begging for 3-4 hours explaining all this each time to be told it was her i spoke to a couple of days prior, then to offer me something that i could of given him after begging all day 20 mins before post. Which i missed the email. I was fuming to be honest. Still am now talking about it. Day from hell. I know this is not your fault but the customer service was absolutely shocking and im a good customer with yourselves.

It was difficult as different solutions were being considered by you and we were awaiting your instruction.
