“I have had the backpack for approximately 3 weeks now. The stitching has completely undone inside the laptop compartment. I would have expected much better quality from such an expensive product. I use the backpack daily for work, so sending it back without a replacement is not an option. After contacting the Swiss Store, they said they would ring me back and yet still no answer.”

“I love my swiss card pocket tool I can keep it in my purse and it is so thin you would not even know it is there but when You suddenly need a scissor or knife or all the other things you have them the only thing is I have to remember when going away to put it into my luggage as it would never pass through security and I don't want to loose it very happy love small well designed handy tools”
