“These dumbbells are well designed and constructed. Whilst their design is unconventional, it results in a very compact design that is easy to use and quick to adjust. They are slightly more unwieldy than standard dumbbells, but can be used without problems for most exercises. The only real annoyance is that the weights increase in a sequence of 5lb, 2.5lb, and 2.5lb, steps, whereas a more even progression would have been preferable.”

“Brilliant solid dumbbells, I thought they might feel strange to hold with their shape but they are actually really comfortable. I like the idea of stage 2 and 3 add ons to increase the weight. I’ll be buying the stage two next”

“Excellent quality full range dumbbell set. I feel that the quality has improved considerably from the earlier Powerblock range and the fully vinyl coated weight plates are very quiet, the older models could be a bit clangy. Can be expanded with a kettlebell attachment or a full barbell system from Powerblock. Working out at home with a full set of dumbbells is easy and compact.”

“These are a great set of weights, easy to use and change weight quickly for drop sets and super sets. Very quiet when using and good solid quality. Perfect for small home gyms.”

“Great pair of adjustable dumbbells. Better in build quality than some other brands. Size is something to get used to but same applies to other brands as well. Waiting for Stage 2 kit to be in stock”
