“These are such a good idea. Faffed around with traditional dumbbells over the years but they’re untidy around the house and are inflexible... these are great, store easily and quickly convert up or down to whatever I’m in the mood for.”

“Love these for the flexibility without taking up a lot of space! I use them all the time. Only negative is that holding one weight in both hands is a bit awkward, but it's a minimal issue. They are worth it!”
