“Very versatile and good quality weights. Barbell weighs 1.25kg and weights can be added, ranging from 0.5 to 2.5. I bought separate quick lock collars for speed of changing but the screw ends that come with it aren’t bad to use. Weights are compatible with 1 inch circumference long barbell, which I intend to source for doing body pump at home, although I’m told dumb bells can be used too.”
