“Gives a good work out, gives you lots of information on your fitness ( if you are into that sort of thing) very good value for money. I use mine 5 times a week and with 12 fixed programmes this will keep me happy for quite some time. LOVE IT”

“Good exercise machine which is easy to slip between bike and cross trainer. However, having had it for over 6 months it is becoming more noisy and the heart rate from the handles is way out. I’m looking to buy the chest monitor as I do want to know at what level I am working at.”

“I assembled the machine myself and took me about 1 hour. It was like my first workout with the Trainer, but one that I really enjoyed. Since then I have used it everyday - a combination of bike and cross trainer workout.”

“Fantastic piece of equipment. Took me a couple of hours to build and still very solid. Can't believe how quiet it is. Colours are great too. Like the idea if I get tired on the elliptical, I can sit down and still exercise. Screen is really easy to use with plenty of challenges. Well worth the money. Super fast delivery by Sweatband.”

“Good value and does the job, although I feel "exercise bike" is a wrong description as you can't really push hard the way you can on a bike, but sitting down does provide an alternative form of exercise by working either the legs or upper body more.”

“Really pleased with the design, easy to put together on my own, compact enough to fit into the house. Particularly like that you can so easily switch from a running position to a seated cycling position and back with no loss of momentum. Haven't got to grips with the programming yet though! Delivery was exceptionally prompt”
