“I have a slightly raised cholesterol, and discovered that Olive has been found in many trials to reduce cholesterol. Olive leaf is as effective as any other form, but easier to take, and I can confirm that for me it has dropped my levels from 5.5 to 4.3 - ie from 'not-healthy' to good.
