“Honestly cannot believe the difference these have made to my stress and anxiety almost immediately, I take 2 once a day with no side effects. Its like someone's turned the volume down from 30 to 5, I was very skeptical at first and can't comment on the physical performance boost as of yet but I was completely surprised how they've made me feel. “Very good value compared to other brands. Arrived quickly and easy to swallow. Did the dissolution test in lukewarm water and they dissolve quickly so assume they are working but they are meant to take a couple of weeks to build up and take effect.”
