“Unbelievable services from Ghost broadband in particular Adam Clark. I was not expecting to get any help as it was the weekend but had a reply from Adam within about 30 minutes but unfortunately he was dealing with me and I have no knowledge of computers, Adam had so much patients with me and managed to fix it. “Had some ongoing teething issues initially, but the guys on ghost were patient with dealing with me over several weeks to iron out a problem that was a hardware issue (my fault) and so now that my issue has resolved it self I feel in a good position to give an honest review, I'll keep I short, the connection is better than all other providers,and I have tried them all with the exception of sky. From a gamers perspective the connection is solid throughout the day and no noticeable drops in connection quality to any games/servers I connect too. I could not say the same about other providers. To me the team over at ghost really do know what they are talking about and are based in the UK, if a problem arises you are not diverted to a call centre in India at the behest of some random guy at the other side of the world who's knowledge in networking is "I can see you are connected to the Internet so everything sis fine"- no, these guys at ghost have in depth knowledge and expertise that will make you feel flattered, you get the feeling they want to impress you with the service they provide. I don't normally write reviews for anything but the guy's at ghost I will make an exception for because they deserve it. Gareth”

“Smooth migration from BTW for a vdsl2 line. Had a couple of questions which were promptly answered by Ghost support. Pings to London are in the region of 5-6ms (I'm reasonably close to London). Routing is also improved from my previous isp. Jitter/bufferbloat also excellent especially when combined with CAKE for a busy household, in summary all good so far!”
