This game is a lot of fun, especially if you like campaign-based games that you and your friends can tackle for a couple weekends. There is quite a lot of setup before you can get started, and the game does get interrupted frequently when you have to lay out new tiles. The exploration cards feel unnecessary and are yet another deck of cards to keep track of. I do wish the numbered cards and the expansion cards had larger fonts to make them easier to read and keep separate from the base game. The gameplay itself is very simple with the biggest learning curve coming from learning to interpret all the symbols on the weapon cards and encounter cards. The simple 4 actions a turn, reactions, and the 3 different phases are quick enough to learn and each turn happens quickly. Looking forward to see what other projects the team will work on.

Just getting started playing it, but looks fun. The one gripe I have is the door tokens are really dark and it's really hard to tell open from closed from arch etc. I enjoy thematic boards etc, but I also value being able to read them.

I just received my copy of the game yesterday and am looking forward to a chance to sit down and play it a bunch. The Miniatures have great details and I'll enjoy painting them once I have time.

Game is great but if you missed the kickstarter then you are greatly missing out on so much content. There was just way too many kickstarter exclusives for this game. They really need to make the fallen five, and directors cut, along with the 3d terrain available for all players even if you missed the kickstarter.

It's really fun to play and is definitely worth it. the somewhat randomness of spawn cards can make some hilariously chaotic moments for some of the group playing. For example when somebody goes into a room to escape from a crimsonhead and triggers a red unexplored token and suddenly you have two zombies a cerberus and yet another crimsonhead all around you us hilarious.

This Board game adaption really feels like the video game, compared to RE2, i like this one way more!. -Gameplay- You start in the main hall with a decision to make, where to go? (considering you now have a huge mansion map),this is the beauty of this game. Here you have to decide where to go first then, -Find items -reveal rooms as you go -find ways to open rooms -maybe even backtrack as we all love to do(right?) Turns are the same as the other titles. Some things can be confusing, like exploration cards and maybe even reserve characters and missions, but they have made cards a lot more clear when it comes to tension deck and unexplored room cards. I absolutely recommend this game to all fans out there.
