“Combat is really similar to the idea that is presented in games and its hella fun. I love the crafting and campain component i fill like i can just go back to playing it without any boring staff.”

“When I first played MHW, I fell in love, and the facy that it's become a DnD'like game ? That's the cherry on top. Me and a friend have learning and playing it, it's so fun and replayability is so good, I can't wait to add 2 other people to do some big a*s hunts. Worth the wait, the quality is top notch and the game is well thought. 5/5 Would recommend for all MHW enjoyers out there. (I also bought the "Wildspire Waste" core set, but it'd be the same comment as this one.) Once we'll have played plenty of times, I'll buy the other monsters !”

“A really great board game that captures the feel of the real Monster Hunter really well. It's a bit overwhelming at the beginning because many systems interlock, but after the first round the whole thing runs much better.”

“Had my first few sessions and I must admit that game has a great vibe and is representating the MHW feel very well. It's quite expensive and it's not so easy to get all the expansions for their initial price, but I don't regret spending some more after playing it. Hunts can be very difficult and sudden cart to camp can be a common occurance. I advice to read the entire rule book at least twice before playing, as some things are not directly mentioned in paragraphs you would assume those should be - but the general rules are easy to understand and when you get them once it's hard to make a mistake again.”
