“The quality of the resin and the detail are great. However, the packaging is absolutely atrocious. The box that was used is way too small for the three miniatures, and the long pole arms for their weapons are very bent. I think I can fix with warm water, I haven't tried yet, but the overall result is supreme disappointment with the product AND service. It has made me hesitant to purchase new items from Steamforged games in the future, and to NOT recommend the company to potential new buyers.”
