“Positives Models have arrived with no damaged parts that I can see on.first inspection,minimal supports to remove and no obvious print artefacts (compared to original battlegroup box) Packaging good in terms of shipping protection Negatives Resin colour used on models is light and translucent on some models taking away from percieved premium feel of miniatures . Delivery time also high from order confirmation To shipping to international hub Being asked to provide feedback ahead of receiving good ordered is a negative experience (at least two weeks prior to delivery state change with follow up entreaty for feedback) Boxes which contain multiple models need to more clearly list contents Overall positive experience but room for improvement as processes are embedded and improved”
