“Excellent mini, very clean with a minimum of mold lines. There was a slight gap where the back legs meet the torso, but it's really nothing. You could paint it 'as is" and be fine. (though I always encourage as warm soapy bath and then prime when dry) Since I'm OCD and more of a painter than player, I'll use some UV resin to fill in any potential gaps then will scrap and prep. That said... whether you are a gamer or painter, this is a beautiful mini and you will enjoy adding it to your collection. The narrative booklet will give you all sorts of idea to add to your DnD/ Pathfinder campaign, or alternatively, you can add it to a certain legion from 40k as a captured war animal. I'm thinking/hoping to use it in a Greek mythos campaign, so hopefully I'll get to that one day. I'm in a bit of a dry area for RPG gamers who share my interest in Greek myth, so until then, I'll be painting.”

“I found Epic Encounters at my lical game store last year and used the miniatures for a Pathfinder 2e game I was running. My group absolutely loved them and they made the game more memorable than using bottle caps or wooden blacks. They are very detailed, durable, and affordable. I started with two boxes snd now I have over 10! Definitely recommended without hesitation.”
