“Shipping time was not a problem, within 90 days. Shipping material was sub-par, each model, but sometime 2, was tightly wrapped in a piece of bubble wrap then tightly packed into a box; this lead to broken models. Spears/weapons were broken and/or misshapoen through compression. Quality of prints is below expectation for a premium POD products. Several models are mis cured, resulting in twited limbs, spears, mis prints included Kraken's face - which was pressed against printing plate and Shark, whose model is overall poor print, lacking detail and misprinted at back and was not the model shown on website; right arm also had a left hand. Increase overall in model size is excellent, but again, spears and handles are far too thin for the resin used. Contacted customer service and within 14 hours they replied with a recognition of my feedback and are sending out a replacement set. I love this game, was prepared to pay for the team again, but was dissapointed in the quality.”
