“The actual embosser is great, but the design tool was difficult to manage. I appreciated that someone contacted me to confirm a missing piece of information about orientation. There was a little confusion with the invoice--I was sent a different invoice as a PDF attachment--but it was worked out in the end. Overall, I am happy with the product and service and would order again. I've also recommended them to several colleagues.”

“This embosser is great. I purchased it to enhance my ojewellery.co.uk postal insert packaging. It has a very positive handle mechanism so you know you've hit the pressure to create a good even emboss. It's two embossing plates mean you're creating the positive impression from below and its being shaped into the recessed impression above, to create good detail and sharp lines. I've found it so usefull that I've been back and purchased a the round version for adding embossing to my product dust jackets.”
