Absolutely fantastic customer service I am just starting out and ordered the 15mm stamp not realising how small it would be. Dwaine contacted me and said that my image be way to small (you couldn’t see the print) He asked if I wanted to change it and showed me the difference which I absolutely loved No problem in paying the difference I am super happy with my stamp and their Customer Service Thank you so much 5*

Arrived quickly and a high quality. Would definitely use again.

Shame I hadn't realised just how small the actual print block is, I'd wanted it for my daughter to "sign" cards etc but it's so small it's really not useable.

Hi, Shame you had to leave us a negative review for something that we could do nothing about. Sizes are clearly stated on every product and really it is up to you to check the size and then order the correct one for your needs. Many of our customers need these small sizes for various projects and without telling us, we have no way of knowing that it is to small for your requirements as we do not know what you are using it for. If you just sent us an email or contacted us we would have been happy to help with a free proof of the design and size.
Beautiful high quality stamp, thank you :)

Happy to say the replacement stamp was just right and the customer service was patient and excellent. Original one had strangely spaced lettering for which there was no preview (on phone or iPad) but I understand software updates are afoot to amend this. Top tip on the tiny round stamp is: go for capitals.
